Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to support our East Midlands region. This is a temporary freelance position that offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of foster families and children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to foster families, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure they are informed, empowered, and compliant with regulations and national minimum standards.
- Build positive relationships with foster parents and children's social workers, leveraging excellent interpersonal communication skills to achieve best possible outcomes.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, working proactively and forward-thinking to drive positive change.
- Manage a realistic caseload of 10-12 families, prioritizing their needs and providing tailored support to meet their unique requirements.
Requirements:
- Formal social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in the fostering sector or children/young people in social care.
- Valid driving license and right to work in the UK.
