Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our team in the East Midlands region. As an Independent Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting foster families and children's social workers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
This is a temporary, freelance position that requires excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to foster families, ensuring they are informed, accepted, and operating within regulations and national minimum standards.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best possible outcomes for children and foster carers.
- Hold a formal social work qualification and be registered as a social worker with Social Work England.
- Have a valid driving license and the right to work in the UK.
