Community Health Initiative - Public Health Nurse Practitioner

We are launching a new initiative aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of our community. As a Public Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering this initiative and ensuring its success.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement public health programs that promote healthy behaviors and lifestyles among families and children. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and deliver training programs and resources to support our community's health needs.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in public health nursing and experience of developing and implementing health programs. You should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of our community, we encourage you to apply.
