Job Description

This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment is seeking an experienced Facilities Helpdesk Manager to join our dynamic head office team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facilities helpdesk, ensuring the seamless management of hard services, adherence to planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules, and the efficient resolution of facilities-related enquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facilities helpdesk team to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management processes and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure facilities-related issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on facilities-related metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to facilities management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a helpdesk or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of facilities management software and systems.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex facilities-related issues.
