Facilities Administrator Position

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring site compliance, performing facilities administration tasks, and supporting the wider facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with site contractors to ensure smooth operations
  • Verify and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) documents
  • Assist with worklog management and record-keeping
  • Maintain accurate facility records and documentation
  • Log and report incidents in a timely manner
  • Process work permits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage and maintain health and safety boards and documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in facilities or customer service roles
  • Positive attitude and strong team player mentality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
