About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Facilities Administrator to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the site and all associated equipment are available for use and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

You will perform facilities administration and support the wider facilities team, prioritizing the wellbeing, growth, and inclusivity of our diverse workforce. We value every voice and encourage ideas to flourish in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with TD SYNNEX site contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular checks on RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with monitoring and completing worklogs, maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets.
  • Log accident and incident reports, and raise and monitor work permits.
  • Ensure all health and safety boards are up to date, and maintain employee mobile phone distribution and record keeping.
  • Raise purchase orders and review, record, and approve invoices in Eskar.
  • Check and action Praxis 42 DSE system, and keep the Facilities Manager informed of site actions.
  • Provide cover and assist the wider Facilities team as required.
Requirements
  • Previous facilities or customer service background is desirable.
  • Positive, helpful disposition and excellent communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
