About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Facilities Administrator to join our team at TD SYNNEX UK Limited. As a key member of our Facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the site and all associated equipment are available for use and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with TD SYNNEX site contractors to discuss site requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular checks on RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) to ensure site safety.
  • Assist with monitoring and completing worklogs to track site activities.
  • Record and maintain facilities records and spreadsheets to ensure accurate tracking of site activities.
  • Log accident and incident reports to ensure site safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Raise and monitor work permits to ensure site activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all health and safety boards are up to date to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with employee mobile phone distribution and record keeping to ensure accurate tracking of site activities.
  • Raise POs (Purchase Orders) annually and ad-hoc to ensure site activities are carried out efficiently.
  • Review, record, and approve invoices in Eskar to ensure accurate tracking of site expenses.
  • Check and action Praxis 42 DSE system to ensure site activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Keep the Facilities Manager informed of site actions to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with BSC event room changes as required to ensure site activities are carried out efficiently.
  • Provide cover and assist the wider Facilities team as required to ensure effective support and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Previous facilities or customer service background is desirable.
  • Positive, helpful disposition is essential for success in this role.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills is required to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) is necessary for success in this role.
  • Good attention to detail is essential for accuracy and efficiency in this role.
