Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Professional to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facilities management services to our clients across the cluster.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, secure, compliant, and attractive to our clients.
  • Building Services: Coordinate and manage all building services, including planned and reactive maintenance, site security, and health and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Estate Management: Maintain properties to a high standard, ensuring they meet our company's standards and regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Manage and maintain accurate records of all facilities management activities, including maintenance schedules, asset registers, and health and safety files.
  • Finance: Manage and control facilities management budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are within approved limits.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external contractors.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in facilities management or a related field.
