Position Overview:
Are you a skilled tradesperson with a background in facilities upkeep and enhancements?


This role presents a fantastic opportunity to engage in a stable, full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance with standard working hours.


The organization, Peaple Talent, manages a diverse range of commercial properties throughout the UK, and you will serve as the primary contact for all facility-related matters at your designated site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General site maintenance
  • Drainage system maintenance
  • Installation and repair of fencing
  • Painting and decorating tasks
  • Roofing maintenance (including GRP and gutter systems)
  • Cladding repairs
  • Concrete and tarmac restoration
  • Operation of forklifts (training will be provided)
  • Use of cherry pickers (training will be provided)
  • Management of contractors on-site

Employment Type:
Full-time, Permanent
