Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level and work with a leading hospitality company. With a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum and excellent benefits, this is an ideal opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team.

About the Role:
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong leader with a passion for service excellence and innovation. You will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations, managing a team of professionals, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. You will also be expected to maintain a visible presence throughout the property, build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Manage and motivate a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions that drive revenue growth.
  4. Analyse customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform business decisions.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:
A minimum of 3-10 years' experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in a leadership role. A hospitality degree is advantageous but not essential. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Commercial acumen and budget management skills. Passion for service excellence and innovation in the hospitality industry.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Annual leave increases with every two years of service. Pension contributions matched up to 5% after 12 months. Maternity pay, healthcare, and wellness contributions (eligible after six months).
