Job Description:
- This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client partnerships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives.
- Reporting to the Director of Operations and Business Development, the role offers hybrid working and requires domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new markets and client segments to expand service offerings.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven ability to manage face-to-face client meetings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
What We Offer:
- Flexible hybrid working model (minimum one day in office per week).
- Strong commission structure.
- Annual leave increases with service length.
