About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to contribute to organisational improvement as a Service Support Officer in Lincolnshire County Council. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in delivering against our Service Support Strategy, leading activities that enhance service delivery and organisational performance.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have expertise in support management, quality standards, and service delivery. You will provide an integrated approach to managing services, developing new ways of thinking, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • You will lead the development of projects and work programs to improve service delivery.
  • You will support the embedding of new processes and technologies within the organisation.
  • You will build and maintain positive working relationships with internal staff, commissioners, and external partners.
  • You will ensure the maintenance and development of industry-specific systems and technology.

The Salary:
