Red Personnel is an international organisation that exists to support its member countries in achieving shared goals of development, democracy, and peace. Our mission is to provide advisory services, governance support, resource management, environmental initiatives, and event coordination to our member countries.
Job Description
This role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to the Secretary-General's Office (SGO). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, document preparation, and travel arrangements for experts and staff.
- Develop status reports, project dashboards, and track budgetary information.
- Provide support for events in London and across the Commonwealth, including workshops and seminars.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative support to the Secretary-General's Office (SGO).

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary qualification to A Level or above.
- Minimum three years experience in administrative procedures within an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial systems.
