Job Title: Community Management Executive

About the Role:
Choice Support, a charitable community benefit society, is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Chief Executive. As our new leader, you will be responsible for bringing your vision and leadership skills to empower the organisation to make a transformative impact on thousands of lives nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful achievement at senior leadership level in the social care sector, with excellent leadership skills, proven ability to motivate and inspire people, experience of effective financial management in a large complex organisation, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autistic people.

You will lead the delivery of our strategic objectives, drive sustainable growth, and realise the full benefits of our digital transformation. The role is home-based or can be worked from any of our offices, with regular national travel required.

Requirements:

What We Offer:

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
