The Business Improvement Support Officer will play a crucial role in helping the DBS achieve its objectives by supporting the development of business improvement activities and change initiatives within the Operational Services Directorate.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently to deliver tasks and project outputs.

Key responsibilities will include supporting strategic business development activities, developing business improvement and change planning documentation, and providing a central point of contact for business improvement and change activity within the Directorate.
