Service Support Officer

This Systems Improvement Officer position is a great opportunity to make a real difference at Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue. As part of our team, you will contribute to organisational and service-specific improvement by supporting projects and work programs, helping internal staff, and coordinating external contractors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinating the development and implementation of new systems and technologies.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes.

The estimated salary for this position is £27,000 - £37,000 per annum, based on location and job requirements.
