4Recruitment Services seeks an experienced Quality Improvement Officer to join our team in Barnsley. As a Childcare Quality and Improvement Officer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice, support, and training to childcare settings and Ofsted-registered childminders.
Key Objectives:
- Enhance childcare standards through expert advice and support.
- Foster partnerships between Family Hubs, childcare providers, and agencies to improve outcomes for children.
- Support new and developing childcare providers in achieving high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- A degree in Early Years or a related field, with significant experience in high-quality childcare provision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
- A natural leader with the ability to motivate and guide others towards excellence in childcare.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £25,000, based on £12.12 per hour and a 40-hour workweek. Hybrid working arrangements are also available.
