As a key member of our Learning and Development Team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering internal training programs that meet the needs of our staff and volunteers. You will work closely with service managers to ensure that our training programs align with organizational goals and objectives.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to work in a fast-paced environment and who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
