Job Title: Legal Support Manager

A seasoned administrative professional with managerial experience is sought by a leading national law firm to oversee daily operations in Edinburgh.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising secretarial staff, managing capacity versus demand, and meeting tight deadlines while providing administrative support to the managing partner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the firm with legal communications to clients and external organizations
  • Prepare and review key contracts and legal documents
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in business matters
  • Act as a liaison for coordinating external legal services
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Foster strong relationships to maintain high service levels
