Account Management and Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Account Management and Business Development Executive to join our team in the UK. As a Business Development and Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and maximising business opportunities within existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the Telecoms sector and experience in client-facing roles at a senior level. They should be adept at conflict resolution, negotiation, and persuasion, with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing in-depth understanding of client organisations, including their challenges, delivery models, and key stakeholders
- Acting as the central point of contact for clients and managing their perception of our business
- Establishing, cultivating, and orchestrating key client relationships
- Understanding the scope of existing contracts and identifying further scope or volume opportunities
- Supporting clients to shape their strategic direction and manage new business leads
