Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team at Focus Resourcing. The ideal candidate will have experience in business relationship management, customer service, and sales.
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities with new and existing clients through various sales activities, including sales visits, appointments, presentations, networking, mail shot activities, and telephone sales. You will work closely with the Account Manager to formulate account plans for designated clients and maintain commercial awareness of business opportunities.
The successful candidate will have excellent presentation skills, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven commercial environment. A full driving license and access to own vehicle are also essential for this role.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on qualification and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 30 days holiday per year plus bank, company pension, annual bonus scheme, life assurance, medicash healthcare scheme, employee assistance programme, discounted gym membership, fully paid expenses and mileage, and cycle to work scheme.
