Key Responsibilities:- Area Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the South Wales region, targeting key accounts and identifying new opportunities.
- Brand Promotion: Represent and promote our company's values, products, and services to customers, highlighting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Personal Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Ambitious & Self-Motivated: A go-getter who is passionate about achieving results and driven by a desire to succeed.
- Organised: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sales Experience: Considerable experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to engage with customers, convey the benefits of our products clearly, and build strong relationships based on trust and respect.
- Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
