About the Role:

To be a successful Office Team Member, you will:

  • Perform daily store administration tasks, which includes stock and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth running of the admin processes to support great audit results, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors and stockrooms, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Confidently share any administration issues or discrepancies with the Store Team, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Take control of your own development, embracing opportunities for growth and learning.

About You:

  • You are accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • You take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy and enthusiasm, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
  • You are a team player, but also happy to work on your own and keep yourself busy, showing adaptability and flexibility.
  • You are comfortable using a PC and have basic computer skills, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
