**Technical Sales Administrator**

Working within our highly successful Shelving Division we are seeking a new Technical Sales Administrator. For this role, your personality is just as important as your experience. We are looking for someone who is proactive, with a meticulous attention to detail, whilst displaying our company values; these are professionalism, dedication, diligence and the determination to create the very best customer service. This full-time role is based in Ossett, West Yorkshire, supporting the activities of the Sales Director and our Sales Consultants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and nurturing relationships with a small number of customer accounts and performing end-to-end account management activity in the defined territory;
- Pro-actively engage with existing and new customers in all activities both current and potential, with a view to maximizing Sales and organic Sales growth;
- Processing Sales Orders / Quotations and uploading that information onto SAP;
- Providing general Sales Support across a plethora of tasks;
- With the required training, create store plans BOM’s from customer orders/sales enquiries by breaking down product parts to create an error free list of materials to be pulled through to SAP;
- Maintain company CRM System, produce reports and other documentation as deemed necessary;
- Assist with identifying potential new customers within the UK and Europe, qualify and develop them as necessary to achieve new business sales in line with the company strategy;
- Analyse and report key sales and project management data to support forecasting;
- Provide technical product support and sales assistance for the customers' technical and purchasing staff;
- Manage & follow up on leads/prospective business from conception to completion.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced Degree level educated Technical Sales Administrator or someone with the confidence and skills to move into this arena;
- A very strong eye for detail but able to work at pace and prioritise your workload - the ability to handle a fluctuating, varied and sometimes pressurised workload is important;
- Able to develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers;
- Attend and arrange customer meetings both face-to-face and online;
- Experience using internal SAP system is an advantage and the full Microsoft Office suite is expected with Excel;
