**Duties**
- Process customer quotes
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Chase outstanding customer backorders
- Receipt of orders and packaging
- Input sales invoices into the system
- Ensure quotes are followed up
- Generate new business
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Monitor and track sales activities and follow up on leads
**Skills**
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred
