PVH Wholesale is a leading player in the Regional North business, offering a premium, fast-paced, and digitally advanced wholesale environment.

The team operates autonomously, with creative license to think differently and bring new ideas to the table.

The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and delivery of the wholesale strategy and business growth for their accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales Manager to drive key account sales initiatives across individual channels.
  • Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts, building strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key wholesale customers.
  • Execute a comprehensive key account roadmap that aligns with the overall company strategy and growth plans.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals for key accounts.
  • Focus on brands and category performance from a sell-out and sell-in perspective to create growth opportunities.
  • Regularly analyze and communicate commercial sales data and create action plans based on results.
  • Work cross-functionally with wholesale operations to optimize shipping targets.
  • Be the voice of the key accounts, providing input on assortment planning, marketing plans, in-store, and online.
  • Identify new growth strategies within the market and distribution.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of PVH products, vision, and business, and be able to communicate this to others.
  • Accountable for the thorough implementation of all key account-related initiatives and successful Shop In Shop projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in key account management.
  • Able to take ownership of projects and exceed expectations, with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Demonstrate strong relationships and collaboration skills with key buyers and merchandising teams.
  • Inspire trust through strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships easily.
  • A commercially astute and confident decision-maker, able to communicate across all levels.
  • Able to adapt quickly to change and work at pace.
  • Stay curious, with an interest in fashion trends and knowledge of major accounts and market needs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, making informed decisions based on data and insights.
