Job Title: National Account Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a National Account Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key wholesale customers, including Bestway, Dhamecha, and Parfetts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the growth of the wholesale channel through strategic management and development of wholesale customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring to match customer expectations and service levels.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activity and achieve agreed objectives.
  • Drive the brand's agenda across the customer base and deliver solutions to any business challenges.
  • Forecast and manage financial budgeting, creating mutually beneficial Joint Business Plans (JBPs).

Requirements:

  • Established experience in a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager role within the Wholesale channel.
  • Strong relationship-building and project management skills.
  • Ability to implement and monitor promotional activity and achieve agreed objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
