Job Title: National Account Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a National Account Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key wholesale customers, including Bestway, Dhamecha, and Parfetts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the growth of the wholesale channel through strategic management and development of wholesale customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring to match customer expectations and service levels.
- Implement and monitor promotional activity and achieve agreed objectives.
- Drive the brand's agenda across the customer base and deliver solutions to any business challenges.
- Forecast and manage financial budgeting, creating mutually beneficial Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
Requirements:
- Established experience in a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager role within the Wholesale channel.
- Strong relationship-building and project management skills.
- Ability to implement and monitor promotional activity and achieve agreed objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
