About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transformation Consultant to join our team at Riverside Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our Care & Support Strategy and Corporate Plan objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver projects in collaboration with colleagues to drive business transformation and improvement.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, to ensure project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislation, regulatory, policy, and funding changes in housing, care, and support, analyzing risks, trends, and opportunities to inform strategic direction.
  • Provide recommendations for changes to strategic direction and ensure resultant changes are widely communicated internally.
About You
  • You have a good understanding of the social housing sector and/or homelessness/care/mental health.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate high-level professional writing skills.
  • You are flexible, self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic, with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • You have experience applying project management methodologies, continuous improvement, and delivering on projects to agreed timescales.
  • You can interpret complex documentation, identifying key requirements and preparing written responses that meet criteria appropriately.
