C P S Group is seeking a skilled Business Transformation Analyst to support our client's growth through acquisitions. Over the past two years, the client has initiated a large-scale change programme, covering process, people, and technology to support organic growth. This role will focus on driving business transformation through strategic acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a thorough understanding of business change processes and transformation strategies.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to assess changes, capture, analyze, map, and document requirements.
  3. Participate in testing, including functionality and user acceptance testing.
  4. Support the Project Manager with RAID logs and assume project management responsibilities when needed to cover workload for holidays, etc.
Requirements:
  1. 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on change management.
  2. Excellent stakeholder influencing skills.
  3. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  4. Proven knowledge of business change and readiness.
  5. Comfortable working in a Waterfall environment.
