Job Title: Business Analyst

At Human Recognition Systems Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting: Produce regular and succinct reporting on company and product effectiveness, feeding back value to customers both internal and external.
  • Systems Analysis & Recommendations: Explore solutions and services across teams to identify new and innovative opportunities for business processes and produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings, and present to stakeholders.
  • System Implementation: Responsible for the implementation of new systems and ongoing improvement of existing systems and processes in conjunction with internal teams.
Person Profile:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst who possesses excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business systems, processes, and data analysis, as well as experience in change management and team leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent
  • Foundation in Business Analysis

Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in change management, transformation, or business analyst role
  • 3+ years' experience using Excel and/or Power BI (or equivalent) at an advanced level
  • Understanding of data modeling processes
  • Sound economic understanding within a business environment

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, including multiple project management
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
