We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and will work closely with the sales, delivery, and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a healthy pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building with potential customers
- Accurately maintaining customer information and sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring proper documentation of all customer interactions and sales opportunities
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas by effectively qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and presenting appropriate solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners to drive business growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years of successful B2B/B2C sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or related industries
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, G-Suite) and sales engagement platforms
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in no-code/low-code platforms, app development, or digital transformation is a plus
What You Will Achieve
- You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, utilizing various channels, including phone, email, and virtual meetings, to engage with potential customers and demonstrate the value of our platform
- You will consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by effectively qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and presenting appropriate solutions
- You will build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building with potential customers
- You will accurately maintain customer information and sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring proper documentation of all customer interactions and sales opportunities
