Career Makers is seeking a seasoned Sales Development Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating deals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Salary: £60,000 per annum
