Financial Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to lead our finance team at Trostan Dene, a well-established manufacturing business based in East Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a financially stable company with projected growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing finance teams across multiple sites and have a strong understanding of global financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage the overall financial performance of Trostan Dene, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- To lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- To work closely with the management team to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Financial Director or similar role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing finance teams.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
