Job Title: Civils Infrastructure Lead

Role Overview:
As a Civils Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring compliance with programme schedules, financial performance, health and safety, environmental standards and project objectives. You will maintain professional interaction with senior client representatives, ensuring project requirements are met within budget constraints while achieving or exceeding KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the delivery of multiple projects
  • Maintaining professional interaction with senior client representatives
  • Assuming responsibility for project financial performance
  • Ensuring all projects align with health and safety regulations, CDM requirements, environmental legislation and company safety, environmental and quality standards

Requirements:
An industry applicable ONC/HNC/B.Eng or NVQ equivalent
IOSH or CITB 5 Day Site Safety Management (SMSTS)
Demonstrable experience working with NEC/JCT contracts
Efficiently oversees teams, resources, and stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful execution of programs and projects.
A clean UK driving license
