This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Civils Project Director to join our team and lead the delivery of high-profile civils projects within the wastewater sector. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and deliver multiple civils projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of project managers and engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:


  • Degree, or equivalent, in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
  • To hold appropriate qualifications in Project / Business Management and be able to display a sound understanding of relevant Legislation, CDM Regulations & duties, Programme, and NEC Contracts.
  • A proven track record in Project/Frameworks Management.
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships with existing and new clients and suppliers.
