Lead Sales and Events Position:

We are seeking an experienced Meeting & Events Sales Manager to join our team as a Lead Sales and Events professional. In this role, you will be responsible for leading conference activities, developing sales strategies, and driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Planning and conducting pre-event and post-event meetings to ensure seamless execution
  • Managing a team of Event Agents to achieve sales targets and enhance guest experience
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to improve performance and contribute to the company's success


Essential Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as a Meeting & Events Sales Manager with a strong commercial outlook
  • High standards, results-driven, and attention to detail
  • Strong customer care skills and ability to think outside the box
  • UK residence and right to work
  • Hospitality work experience


Employment Benefits:
