Conference and Events Leadership Role

As a Senior Event Sales Manager at Sue Prince Resourcing, you will be responsible for leading our conference activities, developing sales strategies, and driving commercial growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Planning and conducting pre-event and post-event meetings to ensure seamless execution
- Managing a team of Event Agents to achieve sales targets and enhance guest experience
- Mentoring and coaching team members to improve performance and contribute to the company's success
Job Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Meeting & Events Sales Manager with a strong commercial outlook
- High standards, results-driven, and attention to detail
- Strong customer care skills and ability to think outside the box
- UK residence and right to work
- Hospitality work experience
