Area Development Manager

We are seeking an Area Development Manager to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on driving sales growth and contributing to the success of the company.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £54,000, with an OTE of £67k-£77k+ (uncapped commission).

About the Position

As an Area Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that meet and exceed sales targets. You will also work closely with the General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to ensure seamless execution of plans.

You will need to have a strong understanding of Logistics/Parcels/Freight and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Bid Management Team to deliver high-quality tender responses.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress.
