Counter Manager Job Description

Benefit Cosmetics UK is looking for a skilled Counter Manager to drive our in-store sales performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading your team, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Benefit Cosmetics was founded in 1976 by twins Jean & Jane Ford in San Francisco. Today, we have a global presence with over 3,000 BrowBars & 6,000 trained service experts worldwide.

About the Role

The Counter Manager plays a vital role in driving our retail objectives. By leading your team, you will contribute to our business growth and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and uphold excellent customer service standards.
  2. Achieve counter and service sales targets by delegating tasks, connecting with customers, demonstrating products, and scheduling repeat appointments.
  3. Ensure effective communication and recognition among team members.
  4. Develop innovative in-store and external events through collaborations, interdepartmental activities, and counter initiatives.
  5. Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and displays at all times.
Salary and Benefits

Salary: £21,500 - £27,500 (dependent on experience & performance). Our competitive salary reflects the importance of this role in driving our business growth.

This role may require working weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
