Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Beauty Counter Manager Lead, where you will have the chance to develop your skills in sales, customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Create and execute agile business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
  • Accountable for creating a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects the Estée Lauder brand values.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
What We Offer
  • Competitive industry salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
