- Responsible for delivering the REFY business objectives and striving to achieve personal and team counter goals and targets.
- Embracing the REFY service & experience and following training guidelines and standards.
- Ensuring you and the counter reflect the REFY brand standards and image at all times.
- Responsible for providing the REFY customer service and experience to the highest standard at all times.
- Responsible for recruiting new customers, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clientele. Responsible for ensuring replenishment and stock levels are maintained.
- Additional duties and responsibilities according to the needs of the business and as requested by the Sales Manager or other REFY Management.

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge of the Beauty Industry and the Luxury Retail environment.
- Proven experience in driving sales and KPs as an individual.
- Excellent customer service skills and selling skills.
- An experienced relationship building and clientelling background.
- Experience & knowledge of social media and have social media presence.
