**About this role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will have overall responsibility for the success of the counter ensuring both the team and the account meet their sales targets
- Lead and develop a team of two dedicated Counter Specialists
- Strategic Business planning working with the Department managers, Press and Marketing teams and Head of Retail to launch with excellence and lead on counter events
- Hold team meetings, performance reviews & training sessions
- Conduct in-depth skin consultations using the latest skin imaging technology
- Perform Focus - on Facials
- Recommend bespoke skincare packages for clients, post consultation

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Previous retail experience ideally in a high-end environment
- Previous management / assistant management experience is a must
- A background in skincare / cosmetics sales
- A passion for beauty and results driven skincare
- Positive can-do attitude; we believe in having a positive and optimistic attitude about everything we do because it inspires others to have the same
- Proactive approach to sales
- Love the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets
- Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confident, approachable and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
