Network Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services within our Care Network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of governance assurance processes
- Ensure compliance with national policy and standards
- Provide expert professional advice on matters related to the conduct, competence, and capability of registered nurses and professionals
- Manage and lead a team of Heads of Quality, Safeguarding Nurses, and Nurse Consultants
- Develop and implement effective clinical and quality governance arrangements
Requirements:
- Postgraduate study in a relevant field, management, or associated topic
- Experience of managing organization-wide programs of quality, risk, and service improvement
- Ability to interpret national policy and design and implement complex strategies
- Well-developed IT skills
- Advanced knowledge of priorities in healthcare, quality, and current clinical and professional issues
