About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will cover the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at Lodges within reasonable travelling distance for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners
  • Administer the office, arrange contractors to maintain the building, and comply with health and safety checks and standards
  • Facilitate social events and support the sales team with customer viewings
  • Liaise with a range of departments and external contacts

Requirements:

  • Location-wise, this role would suit someone based in the Wiltshire area, with the ability to travel East or West towards Hampshire and Somerset
  • Content to work "as and when required" (hours are not guaranteed)
  • Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous
  • Computer literate with previous experience of using MS Office applications
