As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will be working at the heart of Churchill Estates Management, promoting a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Owners. Your key responsibilities will include managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and administering the office.
You will be a visible and reassuring presence, based at a central desk within the development, and will be responsible for arranging contractors to maintain the building and complying with health and safety checks and standards.
From facilitating social events to supporting the sales team with customer viewings, you will play a key role in the business and liaise with a range of departments and external contacts.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working "as and when required" (hours are not guaranteed) and is based in the Wiltshire area. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people and socialising, and will be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy when necessary.
Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
We offer a competitive package, including mileage reimbursement, subsistence allowance, and annual holiday entitlement. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing excellent service, we would love to hear from you.
