McCarthy Stone is seeking an exceptional Relief Duty Manager to lead the management and smooth running of their prestigious development, Monument Place in Salisbury.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with active and independent older people, providing them with the peace of mind of always having someone on hand to help if needed.
As a Relief Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
You will also coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen the community spirit within the development, making a positive impact on the lives of older people.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the security of the development
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of homeowners
- Overseeing the Care and Support teams
- Coordinating and facilitating community activities
In exchange for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour during the day and £14.02 per hour at night, plus additional pay for working hours outside of standard operating hours.
