About the Role:
Clinical Specialists at BMS Performance work in partnership with the commercial/sales team to drive business development and support existing customers. This role will provide clinical support through the buying process, driving the company strategy and generating better clinical outcomes and operational efficiencies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and provide customer education programs, forums, study days, and attend national exhibitions.
  • Work alongside a Business Development Manager responsible for direct sales and winning new business.
  • Support customers in long-term care, including care homes, social care, and loan stores.
  • KPIs will be based on activity and behavioral targets.
  • Key Outcomes Liaison (KOL) engagement and organic cross-selling based on clinical expertise.
