We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at New Hall Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK.
As a key member of our surgical ward, you will deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes. Your expertise in nursing practices and procedures will be invaluable in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Promote excellent clinical practice, adhering to guidelines and standards set by regulatory bodies and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures, driving improvements in patient care and safety
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely communication with multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of respect and open communication
Requirements
- Current NMC registration as a registered nurse
- Proven experience working within a surgical ward or equivalent setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach, responding to changing priorities and needs
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
What We Offer
- An estimated salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
