Ramsay Health Care UK offers a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Scrub Nurse to join their Theatre department at New Hall Hospital in Salisbury. As an Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team and contributing to delivering high-quality clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities include preparing patients for surgery, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting surgeons during procedures. The ideal candidate will have surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs. Ophthalmology experience is also desirable but not essential.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in ensuring the smooth operation of the theatre department. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' leave + bank holidays, private pension, and free training opportunities, you will enjoy flexible shift patterns and the chance to develop your career across Ramsay's 30+ network of independent hospitals.
