Clinical Ward Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Ward Manager to join our team at New Hall Hospital in Salisbury. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring that our standards of excellence are maintained.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with previous experience in a supervisory or management role. You will be expected to possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.
A generous salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum is on offer, along with a range of benefits including private medical cover, life assurance, and enhanced parental leave policies.
